Order Acceptance 

• You see the prices of items as per the order volumes or the quantity of items.

Delivery

• If ETA changes, we will inform you via SMS/email.
• The delivery process will be completed with our trusted delivery partners.
• You should be present at the shipping location when our trusted delivery partners arrive to deliver your order.

Payment

• You can pay while placing orders.
• We offer various payment methods such as credit cards/debit cards/online payment systems.

Delivery Responsibility

• We ensure that you receive your order unbroken/undamaged from our end.
• Wrong contact details, incorrect/incomplete shipping address and any damage to items created by you are not our company’s responsibility.
• You will receive your order on time, but we are not responsible for any delay on the grounds of traffic, bad weather, your unavailability, or technical difficulties.

Modifications & Cancellations

• You can modify or update your order items before our processing.
• You will get a cancel/remove option before clicking the final order button.
• Your orders are canceled on the grounds of technical or non-technical issues with your account, or we do not receive pre-payment from your end.
